Job Description

The position

Sitting within the Ticketing & Hospitality Department, Hospitality (along with Ticketing) aims to deliver the most engaging, and innovative Women’s World Cup experience for all partners, customers, guests and the FIFA football family.

Reporting organizationally to the Head of FWWC27 Hospitality Operations, the Senior Manager Hospitality Stakeholder Services will help serve Hospitality efforts for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ that is hosting 32 teams across 8 venues.

This role will be responsible for the overall management of hospitality stakeholder servicing across the 8 host cities, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience to FIFA’s Affiliates and their guests throughout the tournament.

Further, this role will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including the operational management and delivery of the Affiliates Hospitality Programme in accordance with contractual obligations, as well as ensuring the servicing of key stakeholders (such as FIFA’s Commercial Partners, Licensees and Media Partners), in close collaboration with  FIFA HQ, FIFA’s Official Hospitality Provider, the stadium authorities and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a consistently high-quality and professional delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee, in close collaboration with FIFA Zurich, the execution of the Affiliates hospitality programme across all stadiums of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 27™
  • In close collaboration with FIFA Zurich, plan and execute FIFA Affiliates’ hospitality activations, ensuring their requirements are met and delivering on sponsorship and other contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and ensure FIFA’s Affiliates contractual rights are delivered and observed across the implementation of the entire FIFA Hospitality Programme.
  • In close collaboration with FIFA Zurich and the Official Hospitality Provider, ensures contractual hospitality allocation planning, delivery, and fulfilment.
  • Ensures operational readiness & delivery of the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality programme, across all venues, validating maps & plans, drawings, staffing plans and coordinating all operational communication with FIFA’s Affiliates and their agencies.
  • Manage the FIFA Hospitality Stakeholder Team responsible for the on-the ground execution of the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality Programme across all venues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive affiliates hospitality venue operations plans and strategies that align with the tournament’s objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with and between stakeholders, including FIFA, the Official Hospitality Provider, FIFA’s Affiliates, and other relevant parties.
  • Manage cross-divisional communication and service level agreements for the implementation of on-site affiliates hospitality requirements and services, ensuring deliveries to the highest standards and in respect to contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on FIFA Affiliates hospitality operations, including performance metrics and recommendations for future events.
  • Organize and attends FIFA Affiliates’ Hospitality-specific site visits and workshops.
  • Coordinate Affiliates branding permits and approvals.
  • Responsible for hospitality parking allocation, requests, and fulfilment for FIFA’s Affiliates.
  • Monitors and ensures the implementation of clean site obligations in Hospitality areas in close collaboration with FIFA’s rights delivery team and the Official Hospitality Provider.
  • Prepares end of tournament reports on the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality Programme.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in Hospitality Management, Events Project Management, Marketing, etc.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in hospitality and/or sponsorship management, preferably for major sports events.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, events, and venues simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with event hospitality and ticketing
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Proven project management experience
  • International business profile is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-service attitude, even when under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team across simultaneous work streams.
  • Exquisite organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
  • Good knowledge of AutoCad and literacy of architectural drawings
  • Right to work in Brazil.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
