Your missions

As part of a permanent contract starting in November, we are looking for a Project Manager for “Engineering of Support Systems for Women’s Football.” Reporting to the Director of Amateur Football, you will coordinate the various federal support systems and support local authorities in the development of women’s football.

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Coordination of federal aid mechanisms for the development of women’s football

  • Contribute to the development, administrative and budgetary monitoring, as well as the evaluation of federal aid schemes (FAFA, ANS) requested by clubs, leagues and districts;
  • Participate in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of territorial objective contracts dedicated to the development of women’s football;
  • Regularly report to the LFA Executive Office on the progress of federal aid schemes;
  • Monitor national and European support systems for women’s football development projects;
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments (Commitment Department, National Technical Department, Football Employment and Training Institute, Refereeing Department) in monitoring projects related to women’s football.

2. Supporting regions in the development of women’s football

  • Lead the future network of development advisors on projects related to women’s football;
  • Support and equip leagues, districts and clubs in preparing their applications for federal aid;
  • Contribute to the leadership of future development advisors in the section;
  • Participate in meetings organized in the territories.

Our ideal candidate

  • You have proven experience in project management and engineering of support systems, ideally in the sports sector (5 to 10 years).
  • You are recognized for your excellent organization and rigor, and you are able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You are passionate about the development of women’s football and have a perfect understanding of its environment as well as that of sports institutions and financiers.
  • Knowledge of federal systems (FAFA, ANS) will be an asset.
  • You have solid writing skills and are recognized for your oral fluency.
  • You are proficient in the Office Pack.
