The Football Association of Mittelrhein (FVM) is seeking dedicated individuals for the next election period starting in June 2025 to serve in the elected position of:
Member of the Association Committee for Women’s Football (m/f/d)
Job Description
The Football Association of Mittelrhein is the seventh-largest regional football association within the German Football Association (DFB), representing over 400,000 individual members across approximately 1,100 clubs. It is responsible for organizing league operations within its jurisdiction and sees itself as a service provider for its member clubs.
At the Association Congress on June 28, 2025, the voluntary committee members for the next four-year term will be elected. The election is conducted by delegates from clubs, which are organized at both district and association levels.
The committee is looking for football enthusiasts who are eager to contribute to organized football on a voluntary basis and stand for election.

Your Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Managing one or more divisions in the women’s football league at the association level, including coordination with clubs or coaches and evaluation of match reports
- Organizing events (e.g., the FVM Futsal Cup) in collaboration with the administrative office
- Contributing to the development or redesign of formats for women’s football and supporting their implementation
- Actively participating in projects for women’s football within the FVM and DFB
- Attending committee meetings (every 6–8 weeks, virtually or at the Sports School in Hennef)
What You Bring
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to engage in voluntary work
- Passion for women’s football and its development within the FVM
- Ideally, initial experience in leadership roles within women’s teams or in a club’s women’s football department
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Basic knowledge of DFBnet is desirable
- Willingness to be available as a contact person for clubs, including on weekends and in the evenings
