Job Description

Role and mission

As a key pillar of the commercial development of MHSC Féminines, the Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for revenue growth, the development of the partner portfolio, and enhancing the club’s image among economic stakeholders.

He/she actively contributes to making MHSC Féminines a strong brand, rooted locally and recognized nationally, in line with the overall strategy of its Crux Football.

Main responsibilities

  1. Commercial development & prospecting

    • Define and implement the commercial strategy of MHSC Féminines (prospecting, acquisition, retention).

    • Identify and approach new partners (local, regional, national, institutional).

    • Create tailored offers: hospitality, stadium & digital visibility, naming rights, CSR activations, and custom operations.

    • Negotiate and formalize sponsorship contracts in coordination with the legal department.

  2. Partner follow-up and activation

    • Ensure proper execution of contractual rights and partner satisfaction.

    • Oversee activations during matches and club events (Fan Zone, hospitality, partner days, etc.).

    • Coordinate digital activations and related content (photos, videos, short formats) with the communication team.

    • Highlight the club’s CSR and social initiatives to partners and prospects.

  3. Analysis and Reporting
  • Provide regular reporting on commercial performance: revenue, margin, partner ROI, opportunities.

  • Proactively suggest new revenue streams and innovative activation formats.

Objectives

  • Significantly increase the club’s sponsorship revenue over several years.

  • Build and maintain a strong, engaged partner network around the club’s project.

  • Turn partners into ambassadors for the club and women’s football.

  • Contribute to professionalizing the club’s commercial model in line with Crux Football.

Required Skills

Hard Skills

  • Excellent mastery of B2B sales and commercial negotiation.

  • Strong knowledge of sports sponsorship and its levers (hospitality, digital, CSR).

  • Ability to design value-added commercial offers.

  • Good command of CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

Soft Skills

Profile Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Commerce, Marketing, Sports Business).

  • First successful experience in commercial development, sponsorship, or sports marketing.

  • Passion for sport and interest in the development of women’s football.

  • Fluent English required.

Other Information

      • Fixed salary: according to profile.

      • Variable: commission % on signed partnerships (capped according to objectives).
