OL Lyonnes

Founded in 2004, OL Lyonnes is the most successful club in the UEFA Women’s Champions League with 8 European trophies to its name (including 5 consecutive wins). 

With a total of 39 titles, including 18 French Championships, 10 French Cups and 3 Trophées des Championnes, OL Lyonnes has the greatest record in the French women’s championship . 

Acquired by Michele Kang in 2023, the club becomes part of the first multi-club women’s football organization owned and led by a woman, alongside the Washington Spirit and London City Lionesses clubs.

In order to ensure the administrative and sporting structuring of OL Lyonnes, we are looking for a  Legal and Administrative Manager (M/F)  on a fixed-term contract (8 months from January 2026).

Within the club, you will play a key role in the legal and HR management of the sporting activity , in conjunction with national and international bodies, players, staff, agents, partners and the various internal departments .

Job Description

Your mission

Professional Sports and Academy Department

  • Drafting and management of employment contracts for players and sports staff.
  • Approval, qualification and registration of players and coaches via FIFA TMS, Footclubs, Isphère tools.
  • Management of transfer agreements (temporary and permanent) and agent contracts.
  • Monitoring of sports files throughout the season (Arkema club licenses, UEFA, LFFP labels, etc.).
  • Participation in sports committees (club license, revision of regulations, etc.).
  • Legal monitoring of regulatory changes impacting the activity.
  • Coordination between the sports sector, the doctor, the sports ADP and the HRBP.
  • Contractual monitoring of pre-season, off-season and training matches.
  • Transmission of payroll information.
  • Supervision of the training center’s approval file.
  • Management of training agreements and double upgrade files.
  • Budget monitoring and legal support for the training center director.

Insurance Division

  • Implementation and monitoring of insurance policies required for the business.
  • Management of health contracts and claims.
  • Monitoring of insurance files with sports authorities.
  • Relations with brokers.

Business Law & Partnerships Department

  • Drafting and negotiation of partnership contracts (equipment manufacturers, strategic partners).
  • Contractual monitoring of service provision and merchandise exchanges.
  • Legal support for marketing and sales teams.

Corporate and GDPR

  • Legal secretarial services in conjunction with a law firm.
  • Monitoring of the structure’s legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Update of GDPR mapping.
  • Internal awareness and contract compliance.

Legal and Social

  • Pre-litigation management.
  • Implementation of internal processes (internal regulations, DUERP, H/F index, etc.).
  • Monitoring of compliance procedures.

Your profile

With a higher education in sports law, you have proven experience in a sports or institutional environment.

You have the following skills and know-how:

  • Mastery of regulatory tools and sports platforms (FIFA TMS, Footclubs, etc.).
  • Project management and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Organizational skills
  • Proven English
  • Rigor, autonomy, sense of confidentiality
