Position
In the Directorate for Institutional and Political Relations & Strategy, we are looking for a full-time intern (m/f/d) from August 15, 2025, until December 31, 2025
Your tasks
- Support in the overall coordination of women in football, in particular in the implementation, monitoring and management of the FF27 Women in Football strategy
- Internal project management
- Preparation and implementation of events, including organizational and content support
- Content and organizational preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings and workshops
- Supporting interface function within the DFB and regular coordination and cooperation with the areas of national teams & academy, match operations, amateur football/grassroots development, social responsibility, marketing and communication
- Support in the development and implementation of new, creative projects
- Handling general inquiries in the context of women in football
Your profile
- Studies in sports management/economics, economics, sports science or comparable courses
- High affinity for women’s football and the topic of women in football
- Knowledge of sports organizations and/or club and association work
- Holistic, creative thinking and the ability to always work in a solution-oriented manner
- Independent, team-oriented, reliable and structured way of working
- Very good verbal and written expression
- Professional use of common MS Office products
- Willingness to travel for business, including weekends
