Intern in Athletics | Women’s Football Department

FC Bayern Munich is one of the most successful football clubs in the world and stands for stability, sustainability, success, and quality both off and on the pitch. To strengthen our Women’s Football Department, we are seeking a full-time, 6-month Athletics Intern (m|f|d) at our FC Bayern Munich  Campus, starting in  January 2026.  If necessary, the internship can be split  between a voluntary and a mandatory internship with a total duration of 6 months .

Your tasks

• Independent supervision of players after rehab, on match and regeneration days 
• Support in training preparation and follow-up 
• Support in planning and implementing strength and endurance training
• Planning and monitoring individual training programs 
• Evaluate and process tracking/performance data
• Conducting tests for performance diagnostics

Your profile

• Experience in athletics or rehabilitation
• High reliability, teamwork and communication skills
• Continuing sports studies 
• You have already completed various internships in comparable tasks and have knowledge of athletics and rehabilitation
• Football expertise (played yourself if possible)
• Good IT skills 
• Availability of 6 months for an internship at the Munich location
• Working hours, depending on the task, during the week or on the weekend
• Very good knowledge of English
