Actively shape the successful development of our club!
As the Head Coach (m/f/d) of our U15 Girls team, you will be responsible for the football education and personal development of our young talents. With a passion for the game and a strong sense of pedagogy, you will ensure optimal support in a performance-oriented environment.
In addition, you will take on the role of Assistant Coach for the U17 Girls and will be actively involved in both age groups.

Your tasks

  • Training and Match Operations: Planning, execution, and evaluation of training sessions and match days
  • Season Planning: Structuring the season in collaboration with your staff team

  • Playing Philosophy: Ensuring the implementation of RB’s development philosophy and style of play, with a focus on athletic growth and optimal performance development of the players

  • Individual Development: Supporting and mentoring the players in both their football-specific and personal development

  • Squad Planning: Selection of players and development of the squad structure in close coordination with the Sporting Director

  • Organizational Tasks: Management of training materials, maintenance of the RB portal, coordination with the athletic and medical departments

  • Scouting & Recruitment: Scouting and evaluation of talents, as well as organizing trial training sessions

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Supporting players through regular feedback talks and targeted development measures

  • Communication: Maintaining open communication between players, the staff team, parents, school, boarding school, and external partners to foster team chemistry and collaboration with specialist coaches and staff members

  • Strategic Work: Contributing to conceptual topics for the ongoing development of the women’s and girls’ department in the sporting domain

Qualifications

  • Coaching License: Sport-specific qualification (minimum UEFA B License or higher)

  • Experience: Proven coaching experience in youth football

  • Social Skills: Empathy, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team

  • Independence: Structured, reflective, and self-reliant working style

  • Technical Skills: Confident handling of digital training and analysis tools

  • Driver’s License: Category B required

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel
