FSJ / BFD in the Women’s & Girls’ Department

Voluntary Social Year / Federal Voluntary Service, from August 2025 – period 12 months

Job Description

• You support our team in the organization of the women’s and girls’ division’s game operations
• Creation of an own project in the Women & Girls Department (part of the FSJ) Computer-assisted scouting for the Women & Girls Department
• You support the continuous revision and further development of presentation and project documents
• Supporting the coaching teams in their daily training work with the juniors
• Management of sports groups in the open all-day program
• Collaboration as a coach of the girls’ soccer camp

Responsibilities

• A quick grasp, diligence, independence and initiative
• High level of commitment, dedication and teamwork
• High affinity for sports and great enthusiasm for football – ideally with initial coaching experience
• Class B driving license
• Optional – Coaching license – DOSB and/or DFB
• Impeccable extended criminal record
• Initial experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
