Job Description
Aim
To plan, direct and evaluate technical training based on strategies adapted to the profile and category of the players, with the aim of optimizing their individual and collective performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Verifiable experience as a teacher.
- Leadership, motivation and teamwork skills.
- Monday to Friday.
Functions
- Evaluate and monitor the individual and collective progress of the players.
- Attend and manage matches, tournaments or friendly matches.
- Support in extracurricular activities or academy events.
- Conduct weekly training sessions
