Job Description
Main Tasks
1.Coordination: Planning, implementation and monitoring of athletic units before, during and after team training
2. Creation and management : Development and adaptation of periodized training plans for the 1st women’s team both on and off the pitch
3. Training planning: Coordination and creation of individual interdisciplinary training plans for healthy and injured players in consultation with the physiotherapy department
4. Performance diagnostics: Preparation, implementation and evaluation of all performance diagnostics of the 1st women’s team, as well as coordination of the diagnostics of the girls’ teams
5. Rehabilitation and integration: Coordination of the management and implementation of rehabilitation and integration measures for injured and ailing players in consultation with the physiotherapy department
Miscellaneous
1. Strategic development: Development and responsibility for the strategic development of the women’s and girls’ department based on the latest scientific findings
2. Budget: Experience in setting and adhering to budgets
Qualifications
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience working with competitive athletes, ideally in football.
- Successful experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and with external partners.
- Distinctive, target group-oriented communication and confident demeanor
- Reliability, independent and team-oriented work
- You are characterized by team spirit combined with the will to develop and implement new things
- “Hands-on mentality” and willingness to take on a variety of fields of activity
- Confident use of MS Office
- Completed sports science degree with a focus on rehabilitation or performance diagnostics or similar qualification
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
