In the Girls’ and Women’s Football department, we have been passionately promoting the development of women’s football at Borussia Dortmund since October 2020. Since its inception, our BVB women have been promoted four times in a row and will compete in the Regionalliga West, the third tier of German  women’s football, next season. This marks another step on our ambitious path to the Bundesliga. In addition, our women’s second team and the U17 girls’ team are strengthening our sustainable development in women’s football.

For the coaching team we are looking for a determined co- trainer (m/f/d) BVB-Fraue n II as part of a minor employment on a 5.56 EUR basis as soon as possible.

Job Description

Your tasks

• Supporting the head coach (m/f/d) in planning, analyzing and coordinating the holistic training of the players in accordance with BVB
• Independent implementation, preparation and follow-up of training sessions for girls’ and women’s football
• Systematic promotion of top performance of individual players and the entire team in close cooperation with the head coach (m/f/d)
• Promoting female players’ personalities
• Implementation of measures for performance-enhancing individualization of training

Your profile

• At least valid coaching licenses UEFA A Level or UEFA Basis A and B
• Relevant professional experience as a coach (m/f/d) in women’s football with a pedagogical and sports science background
• High degree of assertiveness, sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Strong commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Confident, secure demeanor and a high degree of communication and persuasive skills
• Very high affinity for football, especially for Borussia Dortmund
