Job Description The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Performance Analyst to lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of performance data to support player development and tactical growth. You will work closely with coaches to identify key performance indicators, translate data into actionable insights, and provide impactful feedback that informs training and match-day strategies. The role also involves managing video analysis systems, coding match footage, and producing detailed reports to track player progress and team performance. Job Description These tasks will contribute to our success  You organize and conduct match and training recordings in the women’s sector (academy). You cut and edit video recordings of games and training sessions. You create videos for post-match analysis as well as group and individual player analyses. You will support us in video scouting and maintain our scouting database. What you should bring As part of your studies (preferably in sports science), ideally starting in February 2026, you would like to complete an unpaid internship for six months. We require a certificate of mandatory internship from your university, covering a minimum period of three months.  Ideally, some experience with video editing software and some knowledge of football etiquette. You enjoy working independently, responsibly and in a structured manner, and you are good at it.  You approach people openly, are a good listener, and communicate clearly and in a goal-oriented manner.
